Venice is the manager and she was honest, fair, kind, and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me at anytime with my storage needs and make us feel comfortable. She even treated my family to treats and cold beverages on our move out day. She was a heaven sent blessing to me and my family. I recommend the storage facility to anyone in the Odessa/Midland area. The units are clean and climate controlled. The place is a gem especially with her in charge.

I have been so happy keeping my RV here. The convenience of the location makes me feel safe going in there when parking or loading my RV. The customer service has been very excellent. The office person always responds to my phone calls and emails. They do what it takes to make this a safe and nice place for the customer.

I stored my 4 bedroom house contents here for a year and never had an issue. The owner keeps the place clean, the price is affordable for climate controlled storage, he never went up on his price and there is a good security system in place.
